Stop & Shop/ Giant

I worked on the Stop & Shop/Giant account for close to 4 years. And I couldn’t have loved it more. Our “You Talk, We Listen” campaign was slated to fulfill 3 TV spots, with cut downs for social. And that’s all. But the uniqueness of the spots—the fact that we used actual people we found in stores (yes, I walked down supermarket aisles and talked to people to find those with great stories and situations)—made this campaign like no other. And we ended up filming 24 spots over a 3-year period. It’s a few years old, and I debated whether or not to put it in my portfolio. But I had to. It combined everything I think advertising should be: authentic, heart-felt and true.
